**Please note that your payment must clear before we ship your items.**
We use USPS to ship all of our packages. After your payment has cleared, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process and ship, then refer to the transit times below to estimate when you'll get your order. Orders are processed Monday - Friday between 9-5PM Pacific Time :)
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will contain your tracking details.
Please note: we do not ship on weekends or public holidays. Sometimes during busy sale periods or other busy periods, shipping may take longer. We are unable to cancel, amend or change your shipping address once your order has been shipped.
International orders are subject to customs duties and taxes, and we are required by law to declare the contents and value of your shipment. You will be responsible for paying any charges to customs (if any).
We are not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen or delayed by the postal service.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from DorkyPop, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund should you choose to return any items.
