Return Policy
Our Easy 3 Step Return/Exchange Process:
- Email us at hello@dorkypop.com with your order number, name, address, and reason for the return.
- After we approve the return, we will email you a FREE return shipping label.
- When we receive your returned item, we will either issue store credit or a refund .**
Your order number will be in the original confirmation email that you received from sales@dorkypop.com. All returned items are subject to inspection before we approve your refund or store credit.
* We are not accepting international returns & exchanges at this time (outside of the USA).
** For all refunds and store credits, original shipping costs will not be included
If 30 days have passed since you received your package, we cannot issue a refund or exchange your merchandise.
RETURN POLICY
- Returns requests must be received within 30 days of the package delivery date
- Items may not be washed or worn
- Items must be in the original condition and inside it's sealed packaging (i.e. shirts and socks have their original tags, and are still packaged within their sealed poly bag)
- Final sale items, black friday sale items, and sitewide sale items are not returnable
- Socks, hats, beanies, mugs and worn items will not be returnable for a refund, we will only issue store credit (minus the shipping costs)
EXCHANGE POLICY
- Exchange requests must be received within 30 days of the package delivery date
- For exchanges, you will be issued a store credit code via email to use towards the purchase of another item. Your code will not expire :)
- Items may not be washed or worn
- Items must be in the original condition and inside it's sealed packaging (i.e. shirts and socks have their original tags, and are still packaged within their sealed poly bag)

REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, AND PROCESSING
- Refunds and exchanges for store credit are processed within approximately 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
