DO YOUR BLANK SHIRTS COME FROM A SWEATSHOP-FREE FACILITY?
We source our blank tees from a socially responsible US-based company that has worked with their manufacturer for over 15 years to create garments in a sweatshop-free environment.

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
Yes! We ship within the USA and to most countries around the world using USPS with tracking. International shipments may have a customs fee which you will be responsible for to receive your package.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Please allow 3-5 business days before your order is shipped. After shipping, delivery within the USA takes about 3-5 business days. Internationally, delivery takes roughly 10-15 business days.
HOW ARE YOU SHIRTS PRINTED?
We use a process different from DTG and screen printing that permanently dyes the graphic into the fabric using eco-friendly inks, and doesn't crack, peel, or flake. This advanced printing technique ensures that the graphics on your shirt last a very long time. We especially love it because it does not leave any smelly odors on the garments.
We've tested this process with over 100 wash-cycles on our apparel, and the graphics still looked brand new :)
HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF THE SHIRT OR SOCK I JUST PURCHASED?
1) Turn inside out
2) Use your favorite detergent (please avoid bleach & fabric softeners)
3) Wash with like colors using your washer's cold setting (warm is okay too, but we found cold to be the best in preserving the colors)
4) Hang dry or tumble dry low :)
5) Feel free to iron the shirt using medium heat
MY PACKAGE IS TAKING LONGER THAN EXPECTED TO ARRIVE, WHAT DO I DO?
Most items take 3-5 business days to process, but we always try our best to get your orders shipped faster than that. Once shipped, we have no control over how long the shipping carrier takes to deliver your package, usually 3-5 business days for domestic in the USA, and 10-15 business days for international shipments. Also, there could be delays caused by weather, the holidays, or if you're an international customer, there could be delays at customs. Here are some things you can do:
1) Check your email for the tracking number. Click on the link provided in the email and it will take you to the USPS website for tracking information.
2) Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we'll do our best to help you. Please give us 24 hours to respond to your message.
DO YOU CHARGE TAXES?
Since we are located in California, orders from customers in California are subject to sales tax (we are required by law to collect state and local sales tax).
